Biography
2015: Ran 49.53 for 400 meters indoors. Placed first in 400 and 4-by-400-meter relay at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Finished eighth in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Named CCIW Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 3 as part of 4-by-400 relay team. Ran 49.65 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed third in 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2014: Ran 49.17 for 400 meters and 2:03.42 for 800 meters indoors. Placed seventh in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships and finished first at Carthage Invitational, Chicagoland Indoor Championships and Cardinal Classic. Ran on first-place 4-by-400-meter relay and distance medley relay teams at Carthage and Chicagoland Indoors. Competed at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in two events, placing ninth in 4x400 relay and 14th in 400. Ran 48.47 for 400 meters outdoors, placing sixth at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Ran on ninth-place 4x400-meter relay team at Drake Relays which posted North Central's fastest time of the season (3:12.77). Earned All-America honors at Division III Outdoor Championships with fifth-place finish in 4x400 relay.
2013: Ran 49.86 for 400 meters and 3:19.04 in the 4x400 meter relay. Outdoors, ran 50.02 for 400 meters and 1:58.20 for 800 meters. Placed eighth in 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2012: Ran 49.47 for 400 meters indoors. Competed on national championship-winning 4x400-meter relay team at Division III Indoor Championships, earning All-America honors. Ran 50.34 for 400 meters outdoors.
