Biography
2012: Competed in one race, finishing 7th at the Benedictine Invitational (25:54).
2011: Placed fifth at the NCAA III Championships (24:15), earning All-American honors and helping the Cardinals capture their 14th national title. Competed in seven meets, winning three and posting six top ten finishes. Won the individual title at the NCAA III Midwest Regional (24:41) and the CCIW Championships (25:15) while also winning the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships (24:32). Honored as the CCIW Runner of the Year and the Midwest Region Athlete of the Year. Named to the CCIW All-Conference team. NCAA Division III All-Midwest Region selection.
2010: Placed 26th at the NCAA III National Championships (24:48.4) earning All-American honors and helping the Cardinals to a runner-up finish. Competed in seven races including a pair of fifth place finishes at the Elmhurst Invitational 6K (19:36) and the UW-Oshkosh Invitational (24:45). Placed 8th at the CCIW Championships (24:48) before finishing 6th at the NCAA Midwest Regional two weeks later. Named to the CCIW All-Conference team. NCAA Division III All-Midwest Region selection.
