North Central College Cardinals

2011: Competed in six races, tallying three top 15 finishes. Finished runner-up at the CCIW Championships (25:23), 17th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (25:25) before placing 15th at the NCAA Division III National Championships (24:33), earning All-America honors and helping the Cardinals capture their 14th national title. Named to the CCIW All-Conference team. NCAA Division III All-Midwest Region selection.

2010: Finished 14th at the NCAA III National Championships (24:40.2), earning All-American accolades and helping the Cardinals to a runner-up finish. Competed in six races including top five finishes at the Elmhurst Invitational 6K (4th, 19:34), the CCIW Championships (5th, 24:42) and the NCAA Midwest Regional (5th, 24:16.2). Named to the CCIW All-Conference team. NCAA Division III All-Midwest Region selection.

2009: Finished 19th at the NCAA III National Championships (25:54), earning All-American accolades and helping the Cardinals claim their 13th National Title... Competed in eight races during the year, finishing among the top 10 in all but three... Finished fourth at the CCIW Championships (26:34), earning All-CCIW honors while placing fifth at the Midwest Regional (24:33).

2008: Finished sixth at the CCIW Cross Country Championships (25:25), earning All-CCIW honors while being named CCIW Freshman of the Year... Finished 10th at the NCAA III Midwest Regional (25:08) and was 36th at the National Championships (25:00), helping the Cardinals to a second-place finish.
