2012: Ran 4:35.73 for one mile, 8:54.91 for 3,000 meters and 15:10.37 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed eighth in 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 14:49.79 for 5,000 meters and 30:43.94 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Placed second in 10,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2011: Ran 4:21.95 for one mile, 8:32.14 for 3,000 meters and 14:31.36 for 5,000 meters indoors. Qualified for Division III Indoor Championships in 5,000, placing 10th. Placed first in 3,000 and second in 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 4:04.92 for 1,500 meters, 14:51.75 for 5,000 meters and 30:15.24 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in 10,000, placing 13th. Placed first in 10,000 and fourth in 5,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2010: Achieved season best times of 15:19.19 in the 5,000-meters and 31:22.71 in the 10,000-meters during outdoors... Placed fourth at the CCIW Outdoor Championships in the 10,000-meters.
