Biography
2012: Ran 47.79 for 400 meters and 53.28 for the 400-meter hurdles outdoors. Placed first in the 400, second in the 400 hurdles and third in the 4x400-meter relay at the CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships at 400 meters, placing 15th, and anchored the 4x400 relay team to a third-place finish (3:10.99) to earn All-America honors.
2011: Ran 22.43 for 200 meters, 48.72 for 400 meters and 3:17.73 for 4x400-meter relay indoors. Qualified for Division III Indoor Championships in 400 and 4x400, placing fifth in 400 to earn All-America honors. Placed second in 400 and 4x400 and fourth in 200 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 48.11 for 400 meters and 54.83 for 400-meter hurdles outdoors. Ran on North Central record-setting 4x400 relay team (3:10.66) at Drake Relays. Also competed in 4x200 relay at Drake Relays. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in 400 and 4x400. Helped 4x400 relay team to third-place finish, earning All-America honors, and placed 14th in the 400 at outdoor national championships. Placed second in 400, 400 hurdles and 4x400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.

2010: Ran 50.94 for 400 meters indoors, placing eighth at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Finished second at the CCIW Championships and qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team, winning the national championship and claiming All-America honors in the event... Ran a season-best time of 55.26 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Gregory Invitational... Hit the automatic qualifying mark for nationals as a member of the 4x400-meter relay squad that finished fifth at the Drake Relays... Placed second in the 400 hurdles at the CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2009: Achieved season best of 20'4 1/4" in long jump indoors.
2008: Finished fourth at the CCIW Outdoor Championships in the 400m Hurdles...Was an All-American as a member of the 4x400m relay team, finishing fifth at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships...
