Biography
2012: Ran 23.07 for 200 meters, 49.56 for 400 meters, 3:21.96 for 4x400-meter relay indoors. Ran 11.34 for 100 meters, 22.40 for 200 meters, 48.77 for 400 meters and 3:11.65 for 4x400-meter relay outdoors. Qualified for the Division III Outdoor Championships in the 4x400 meter relay. Placed third in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:10.99 to earn All-America honors.
2011: Ran 22.93 for 200 meters, 49.82 for 400 meters and 3:17.73 for 4x400-meter relay indoors. Provisionally qualified for Division III Indoor Championships in 400 and competed at indoor nationals in 4x400. Placed 10th in 400 and second in 4x400 relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 22.37 for 200 meters and 48.45 for 400 meters outdoors, provisionally qualifying for Division III Outdoor Championships in 400. Ran on school record-setting 4x400 relay (3:10.66) at Drake Relays which automatically qualified for outdoor national championships. Placed fourth in 400, ninth in 200 and second in 4x400 relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Helped 4x400 team to third-place finish at Division III Outdoor Championships, earning All-America honors for the second time.
2010: Ran 22.80 for 200 meters and 50.23 for 400 meters indoors. Ran on North Central freshman record-setting distance medley relay (10:21.17). Won CCIW Indoor Championship as a member of a conference record-setting distance medley relay team (10:09.53) while also placing second in the 4x400-meter relay and fifth in the 400. Qualified for Division III Indoor National Championships in the 4x400 relay, winning the national championship and claiming All-America honors in the event. Ran 21.98 for 200 meters and 48.98 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed first in 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Automatically qualified for Division III Outdoor National Championships as a 4x400 relay member at the Drake Relays with third-fastest time in North Central history. Also ran 4x200 relay at Drake which finished second.
