2017: Ran 2:17.03 for 800 meters and 5:13.50 for one mile indoors. Won CCIW indoor championships in mile and distance medley relay while also placing fourth in 800. Also won mile at Olivet Nazarene Invitational and 800 at Carthage Final Qualifier. Ran 2:15.31 for 800 meters and 4:43.15 for 1,500 meters outdoors. Placed second in 1,500 and fourth in 800 and 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.

2016: Established new North Central varsity record at 600 meters (1:40.16) at Grand Valley State Bob Eubanks Open and ran 2:18.54 for 800 meters and 5:22.47 for one mile indoors. Placed first in distance medley relay and third in 800 and 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Finished first at Cardinal Opener and second at Chicagoland Championships in 800. Ran on winning distance medley relay team at Cardinal Classic. Ran 2:15.74 for 800 meters and 4:44.54 for 1,500 meters outdoors, placing fourth in 1500 and sixth in 800 at CCIW Outdoor championships. Academic All-CCIW.

2015: Ran 28.90 for 200 meters, 1:03.58 for 400 meters, 1:45.03 for 600 meters and 2:25.12 for 800 meters indoors. Placed seventh in 800 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 1:02.95 for 400-meter dash and 52.07 for 4x100-meter relay outdoors. Placed fifth in 800-meter run at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.

2014: Ran 1:02.16 for 400 meters, 2:26.25 for 800 meters and 3:17.96 for 1,000 meters indoors. Placed second in distance medley relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 2:20.83 for 800 meters outdoors. Placed seventh in 800 and fifth in 4x400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.
